SALARY: 70K + 20K (commission)
LOCATION: Miami Lakes and availability of International travel
we are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Sales Manager to help us expand our clientele. The goal is to drive sustainable growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with new and existing clients. The ideal candidate has experience researching market trends, targeting relationships, and using proven methods to develop our business strategy while retaining marketing partners.
Major Responsibilities
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials, evaluating options, and resolving internal priorities.
Understand the target markets, including industry, company projects, company contacts, and which market strategies can be used to attract clientele.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing, and negotiating contrast integrating contract requirements with business operations promptly.
Provide trustworthy feedback develop and maintain records on the quality and efficiency of the department’s performance; prepare reports and other related duties as assigned.
Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Qualifications- Skills and Experience
10-15 years of proven working experience as a Business Development Sales Manager in the vitamin supplement field, a plus but not limited to category.
Proven sales track record
Closing skills, ability to manage multiple administrative duties.
Motivation for sales
Comfortable working in an international environment
Extremely proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and Zoho or related software
Market knowledge
Communication and negotiable skills
Ability to build rapport.
Time management and planning skills
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Minimum Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar fields required.
