Customer Service / Counter Service / Parts Counter

Customer Service Representative in Truck Parts

Up to $25.00 per hour to start

As Customer Service Representative in Truck Parts, your job duties and responsibilities will include:

Joining a distributor of truck parts
Providing phone, email and in-person customer service
Answering questions and addressing inquiries
Conducting parts lookups
Making product suggestions as appropriate
Taking customer orders and payments
Performing inventory control functions
Making updates to the inventory database
Administering product returns
Performing other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

Parts Counter experience

With:

The ability to lift up to 100lbs regularly
Computer and Data Entry skills
Cashier / Cashiering skills
A High School Diploma or Equivalent
