Customer Service Representative | Mon-Fri 7:30 am to 4:00pm | Onsite | $17.00 per hour | Temporary | Tempe, AZ

Job Description
The primary role of a Customer Service Representative is to interact with customers to provide information about products and services while addressing and resolving inquiries and complaints. This position requires identifying customer issues, offering solutions, and providing follow-up as needed. Customer service responsibilities may include inbound, outbound, or a combination of both communication types.
Responsibilities:
  • Resolve customer service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, issuing refunds, and adjusting bills.
  • Contact customers to respond to inquiries or provide updates on claim investigation results and planned adjustments.
  • Refer unresolved grievances to designated departments for further review.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service is required.
  • Proficient in accurately documenting and recording customer/client information.
  • Familiarity with computer applications, including Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
