This position is responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues related to inventory and shipments. The Warehouse-CSR acts as a liaison to facilitate timely and accurate delivery of products while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse logistics, inventory management, and customer service principles to effectively support both internal teams and external clients. Ultimately, the Warehouse-CSR contributes to the overall efficiency and reputation of the supply chain by ensuring that customer needs are met promptly and professionally.

Minimum Qualifications:
