Job description

Warehouse Customer Service Representative

Answer inbound calls, emails, and inquiries from customers and vendors in a timely, professional manner in both English and Spanish

Process storage requests, inventory orders, and retrieval scheduling

Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, inventory transactions, and service logs

Coordinate with warehouse staff to confirm product availability, intake, and release of solar panels and cotton inventory

Communicate special handling requirements for climate-controlled storage items

Resolve customer concerns or complaints, escalating when necessary

Assist with data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required; associate degree a plus

Bilingual in English and Spanish โ€“ required (read, write, and speak fluently)

1โ€“2 years of customer service or administrative experience preferred

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in both languages

Comfortable working in a warehouse office environment
