We have an immediate opening for 1st Shift Customer Service Representatives:

Responsibilities of the 1st Shift Customer Service Representative:

  • Process email/phone correspondence
  • Maintain partnerships between businesses with daily communication
  • Provide quotes to customers using pricing lists
  • Enter new sales orders/update existing sales orders with revisions
  • Data Entry

Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:

  • High School Graduate with 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Associates Degree is a plus
  • 3-5 years of prior marketing or customer service required
