Warehouse Customer Service

Irving, TX

Order: 252091

The Warehouse Customer Service position will be responsible for accurately entering data into the company's system, managing inventory records, and ensuring the timely and accurate shipment of products. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient operations and organization.

Key Responsibilities

Included but not limited to:

Customer Support:

  • Customers email their orders in with their specific directions. Once received the specifications are followed for each individual customer/client
  • Once the order is complete it is sent out per customer/client preferences
  • Responsible for billing customers once order is complete
  • Answers phones and directs calls to the appropriate team members
  • Provides customer BOL's/documentation once order is complete

Data Entry:

  • Enter and update data in the company's inventory management system.
  • Maintain accurate records of product quantities, descriptions, and other relevant information.
  • Verify and correct data discrepancies.

Shipping and Receiving:

  • Inputs orders set up in Extensiv, prints the packing ticket, creates shipping label and enters charges in Extensiv
  • Prepare and process shipping documents, including packing lists, invoices, and labels.
  • Coordinates with carriers to arrange shipments and track orders.
  • Ensure all shipments are accurately packed and labeled.
  • Update inventory records
