Customer Service Representative I – Warehouse/Logistics

Employment Solutions is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support a fast-paced warehouse team! This role focuses on coordinating shipments, communicating with customers, and ensuring orders are accurate and on time.

Pay: $16.50 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Day Shift)

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate outbound shipments and schedules
  • Communicate daily with customers and carriers
  • Track inventory and process orders in system (FIFO)
  • Work closely with warehouse team to fulfill orders
  • Resolve shipment issues quickly and professionally

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills (email, Excel)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
