Job description

JOB SUMMARY
Provide supervision to the Customer Service department team at one or more Neovia facilities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensures the company is updated with the sufficient knowledge on the transportation market and on the legislation of the sector
  • Assures the implementation and the development of improvement tools to supervise the Customer Service Department
  • Supervises the team based on smart goals that are aligned with the requirements of the department and expected level of service. Follows up on the progress based on the assigned metrics and reports on a regular basis and for special projects.
  • Has contact with the network of the client, local and internationally thru regular meetings, conferences and visits, being as well in contact with the Customer Service Department of the client
  • Coordination with other Neovia facilities in relation to the service provided to the same client to be aligned with business goals.
  • Supervises the training provided by Neovia to the dealers and clients
  • Supports the Supply Chain of the Client, helping to assure that metrics on speed and quality are achieved

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree with experience at least of 3 years in a similar position. Operational experience is required.
  • Good Communication and presentation skills
  • Team work and cooperation is a must
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications with Excel
  • Negotiation skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Work is primarily sedentary. Sits comfortably to do the work; however, there may be some walking, standing, bending, or lifting item weighing up to 15 pounds.
