Position Description
Our Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to customer needs and inquiries, data input, and accuracy of customer information in computer systems. Our hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities
Customer Service

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding: order entry, damage/shipping claims, product support, and general questions
  • Send/receive emails to customers to communicate order issues and pertinent information
  • Process phone orders as requested by customer
  • Process replacement orders and parts as needed.
  • Communicate with shipping and shop teams in order to complete customer requests/needs
  • Handle shipping claims with carriers (FedEx, UPS, and USPS)
  • Work with top customers to ensure continued good relationships
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback/ratings
  • Work with both shipping and shop to support customer needs


Data Processing

  • Help with wholesale order entry
  • Help create new wholesale customer accounts and input required data and maintain such data.
  • Help review customer database maintenance
  • Process returns and refunds in appropriate marketplace


Personal Skills

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Team player willing to help in any area that needs support
  • Excellent telephone and people skills displaying a friendly and professional customer service attitude
