Do you love connecting with people? Do you like to make people happy? So do we! It is our mission to make our patients feel comfortable, heard and valued.

You may be called a "Call Center Representative" but really, you'll be the Commander of Calls-the Calendar Coordinator. You'll be in charge of ensuring our patients get off to a great start at our practice. It all starts with you.

This is a part-time on-site position, 24 hours a week (3 days). No weekends. Office experience would be preferred, but not necessary. The only real requirement is that you're extremely friendly, well-spoken and make it a mission to never miss a phone call.

A day in the life would include:

Answering all incoming patient calls
Providing information needed before their eye appointment
Managing our doctor's schedules and organizing new appointments for all five Vision Clinic locations
Other clinic duties (insurance, billing, etc.)
