  • Thrive in environments of rapid change and growth and bring a “let’s figure it out” mindset.
  • Possess a sharp eye for detail and high standards for quality and accuracy.
  • Strong communicator and team builder with a passion for creating a positive and empowering workplace.
  • Comfortable operating forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and walkie riders.
  • Experience with problem/conflict resolution
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays on occasion based on business need

Work Environment

  • This role is on-site 5 days a week in Shoemakersville, PA, 2nd shift hours (3pm-11:30pm)
  • Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures and weather
  • Lift up to 60 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
  • May require extended hours or weekend shifts.
  • Fast-paced, high-volume environment with multiple clients
  • Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts
  • Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud

Why You'll Love Working With Us

  • Annual Incentive Bonus Plan
  • Join a company that values your ideas, celebrates wins, and invests in your growth.
