SOUS CHEF opportunity in DC for a polished casual restaurant with an outstanding restaurant group!
Qualifications:
• 2-4 years’ experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a high-volume scratch kitchen restaurant
• Experience with motivating your BOH team, along with developing your staff
• Ability to work with the Executive Chef and your team to create a positive work environment
• High School diploma or higher education
• Culinary Degree preferred
