Service/Warranty Coordinator Assistant

We are looking for a Service Coordinator Assistant to help with the day-to-day process of warranty claims & service requests.
This person will be responsible for responding to clients, providing accurate information, and coordinating/scheduling work orders in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to think quickly and problem solve. The Service Coordinator will also need to work with & assist the Service Coordinator Supervisor.
**The ideal candidate will also be fluent in English & Spanish (preferably but NOT REQUIRED). **
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Respond to emails, text messages, and phone calls in a timely manner
- Collect data
- Review warranty claims & service requests
- Accept or reject claims
- Coordinate site visits, repairs, and inspections
- Collaborate with vendors and/or service technicians
- Address any issues in real time with clients
- Deliver excellent client service
- Invoicing
