Job Description

SE INDIANAPOLIS (MOORESVILLE) AREA MANUFACTURING PLANT SEEKS 2ND SHIFT HR GENERALIST.

$23/$25 PER HOUR PLUS A $5 PER HOUR WEEKLY PERFECT ATTENDANCE BONUS.

2ND SHIFT 4PM-12:30AM M/F

PERM POSITION WITH BENEFITS.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in managing all aspects of the HR function within our organization. This includes recruiting, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and compliance with employment labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

- Manage onboarding new employees

- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping

- Oversee employee relations and provide guidance on employee-related matters

- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or conflicts and recommend appropriate resolutions

- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

- Collaborate with management to develop strategic plans for talent acquisition and retention

- Ensure compliance with all employment labor laws and regulations

- Handle employee performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement

- Support change management initiatives within the organization

Skills:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Lever, Dayforce, or iCIMS

- Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies and best practices

- Experience with payroll administration and benefits management

- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for talent acquisition and retention

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations

- Strong conflict management skills

- Ability to conduct effective employee evaluations
