Looking for a bi-lingual custodial supervisor to manage the quality of work done by a staff of eight janitors in a medical clinic. Monitor and verify that the cleaning is being done according to the checklist.
The days and times vary and can be created to fit a flexible schedule.
A split schedule is optional in order to check the quality of work performed at the beginning and/or end of shift. The first full shift for the cleaning team is 8-4.
The second full shift for the cleaning team is 4-10.
Some days the QA shift is 8-10am and return for 4-6pm. Other days the shift is 1-3 and return for 8-10pm.
the pay varies according to verified experience but ranges from $23 to $25 an hour. Position can vary from 15-20 hours a week. Pay dates are the 15th and 30th of the month. Position has potential to become full time which comes with health insurance, vacation and sick leave. If operating as a consultant, monthly pay can be discussed.
