If you enthusiastically answered "Yes!" to the questions above, this might be the Operations Processor/Servicer position for you!

Here's the short list of typical responsibilities (not exhaustive, of course):

Process member related service tasks that are sent via various platforms such as, email, CRM, and online banking platform. This includes, updating member account information, completing password resets, and processing bad address mail/tasks.
Open, date stamp, and distribute incoming mail, publications, FedEx & UPS packages, and other correspondence according to process.
Accept and sign for mail and special deliveries, and ensure they are delivered to the correct recipient. Post outgoing mail.
Process daily incoming mailed checks and night drop transactions.
Assists support services team with projects, administrative, and audit related tasks.
Provides phone queue support on tier 1 calls as necessary and deemed by management.
Other duties as assigned.

Last, but not least, here are the typical qualifications for this position:

Requires one to three years of similar or related experience.
A High School Education or GED.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Intermediate Microsoft Suite Product knowledge including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
This position does not offer remote or hybrid opportunities. This is a in office position.
