Ethos is a proven industry leader with primary focus on providing treatment to patients using state of the art technology and integrative methods for healing.

Our newly hired bookkeeper will work out of our Valdosta, GA location. This person will help with the full spectrum of all accounting activities including, but not limited to, managing transactions, closing the books, AP, coding, and engaging with vendors. Our ideal candidate is someone that is excited about being a part of a startup bookkeeping position.

This person we are looking for is also a strong communicator (both oral and written), has demonstrated strong leadership, is able to multitask, excels with attention to detail especially with numbers, and is committed to creating an orderly process.

Activities include:

• Banking & QBO Maintenance; verify, allocate, and post transactions- Utilizing GL Codes & Inputting Journal Entries.

• AP & AR Management.

• Bank Reconciliations, Credit Card Reconciliations, and Month End Closes

Qualifications

• 3+ Years Bookkeeping Experience with Small to Midsize Companies

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Preferred, or Equivalent Business Experience

• Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
