Overnight Transportation Coordinator

Looking to join a leader in the transportation industry and grow your experience? As a Dedicated Overnight Transportation Coordinator, your days will be dynamic and full of responsibility. You'll serve as a key liaison between our company, customers, and drivers. Your tasks will include responding to inquiries, scheduling drivers, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the night. Whether it's data entry, problem-solving, or communicating updates to customers, you'll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Location: Golden Valley, MN

Schedule: This is a revolving schedule - 4 days on, 4 days off, 2:00 pm to Midnight

Salary: Starting at $60,000+ (negotiable based on experience)

What does this job look like daily?

• Representing the company with professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
• Handling customer and driver inquiries with promptness and efficiency, even during evenings and weekends.
• Scheduling and directing drivers as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
• Data entry and processing of orders and driver assignments.
• Problem-solving to keep freight moving and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with other transportation staff to ensure seamless operations.

Knowledge and Skill to be Successful:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the trucking industry, preferred.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Windows-based software.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to deescalate intense situations.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
