Job Description
Roll-Lift USA, Inc. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Assumes responsibility for ensuring the effective on-site management of company operations
  • Supervises daily operational activities for assigned work areas (job site or in the yard working on equipment)
  • Ensures work activities are performed in a safe, productive, and efficient manner
  • Reviews pre-job system evaluations daily to ensure all hazards are identified and mitigated
  • Ensures all required paperwork including but not limited to; time sheets including job numbers, inspections, maintenance requests, etc. are completed and submitted in a timely manner with any required company and or client signatures
  • Represents the company as a liaison to help resolve customer, employee, or contractor concerns professionally.
  • Ensures all site rules are communicated to employees and always adhered to
  • Ability to assist engineering with project solutions and read all engineered drawings

Qualifications
  • 2 years of minimum experience in a similar supervisory role within the industry or related industry
  • A strong knowledge of hydraulic skidding systems and gantry systems (functions, capabilities, and standards)
  • 3-5 years of experience in transport operations, rigging operations and equipment. Excellent communications and situational awareness skills
  • Knowledge and competency related to transportation under regional governing agencies
  • Valid driver's license through local jurisdiction
  • Meet all requirements as stated in the company competence and training matrix.
