Our client, a large construction management firm, has an excellent direct-hire opportunity for an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager.
This position will oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from concept through completion in the Mobile AL area.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning
- Budgets
- Estimating, sub buyout, job cost tracking, closeout
- Scheduling
- Materials management
- Purchase orders, subcontractor agreements
- Permits, approvals, utilities
- Team supervision
- Lead meetings, project communications
- Quality control, safety
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Building Science, Civil Engineering or relevant field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience overseeing commercial projects
- Familiar with construction management software and programs
