Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Shift/Hours: Monday, Thursday - 12:00PM - 9:00PM/ Saturday &Sunday - 9:00AM - 6:00PM

Pay Rate: $17/hr

Location: Rockville, MD

Customer Service Representative job duties:

• Data entry of customer orders, and special orders.
• Monitoring Customer transactions and replying to customer inquiries via phone or email.
• Working with Vendors in managing lead times
• Help to maintain filing, prepare, and sort documents.
• Manage and update customer and vendor accounts.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.

Customer Service requirements include:

• Strong computer skills including data entry & typing
• Must be extremely motivated, energetic, and personable
• Willingness to submit to a background check and/or drug test
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
