We are seeking a Women’s Merchandiser of Womens Bottoms to manage the development & execution of the seasonal assortment. This individual will be responsible for executing the brand product strategy and helping to establish the Women’s Bottoms assortment, identifying new growth opportunities across all seasonal product classifications. To be effective in this role, the individual must be an experienced merchant who’s passionate about the performance apparel space, Vuori’s mission and embody the brand’s values. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Develop comprehensive assortment strategies across E-comm, Store, Wholesale and International channels to deliver high growth expectations 
• Maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape and impart key insights into line development 
• Build seasonal & annual line plan for all owned categories 
• Partner with Planning team on seasonal investment strategy and monthly buy process  
• Create and manage all seasonal assortment tools for owned women’s bottoms categories 
• Support the buying and development product calendar for all channels 
• Partner with planning on in-season product performance and build data driven action plan based on results 
• Uphold brand price positioning and manage the pricing strategy for owned women’s bottoms categories 
• Build seasonal Product Messaging plan in support of Marketing’s seasonal editorial calendar, providing guidance on key seasonal product stories and commercialization plan  
• Build seasonal Product Knowledge info for stores and website  
• Act as cross departmental liaison, creating a consistent flow of communication throughout the organization 

• Bachelor’s degree 
• 2-4 years Merchandising experience  
• Activewear experience preferred  
• Strong eye for trend right product that aligns with the brand aesthetic 
• Experience delivering high growth at the brand or category level 
• Ability to travel domestically 
• Strong communication & collaboration skills 
• Experience using Excel, Adobe Illustrator and PLM is a plus 

Pay range: $90,000 - $105,000
