Customer service/sales representative position
Responsibilities:
· Serve as an inside sales representative, responsible for both nurturing existing accounts and cultivating new business opportunities to drive territory growth.
· Support the company's sales objectives through the application of professional sales techniques and exceptional customer service.
· Maintain high-quality relationships with current clients while delivering comprehensive sales and marketing support by fulfilling the following duties:
o Respond promptly to incoming sales inquiries, whether received via telephone, written correspondence, or fax.
· Maximize sales potential within your designated territory using competitive sales tactics, exceptional customer service, and a deep understanding of the company's product and services, as well as awareness of competitor strengths and weaknesses.
· Leverage knowledge of company products and services to efficiently handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints diplomatically.
· Adhere to established sales policies and procedures, ensuring customers receive the appropriate and effective service they deserve.
· Cultivate and strengthen relationships with assigned accounts, consistently expanding the client base and increasing sales volume through persistent attention to customer needs.
· Maintain regular contact with customers, whether through telephone, written communication, or in-person visits, as required to meet and exceed the company's sales targets.
· Prepare tailored proposals efficiently to meet specific customer needs, factoring in pricing, discounts, and proposal details.
· Stay informed about market conditions, including product updates, service offerings, and emerging technologies, utilizing available resources.
· Utilize company-provided leads to expand the existing customer base, promptly following up on all leads.
· Organize and update customer files within your designated territory.
· Complete and submit weekly sales reports detailing account activity, outstanding proposals, secured proposals, and lost proposals, with comprehensive documentation via the CRM system.
· Reach out to customers to collect missing information or data, ensuring the accuracy of the customer database.
· Provide information and follow up with customers as required.
· Represent the company at trade shows when necessary.
· Understand and address customer delivery needs by collaborating with internal teams.
· Expedite late orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Manage all paperwork associated with orders, including sales contracts, prints, and related documentation.
· Resolve customer concerns promptly and tactfully.
· Perform any other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.
· Engage in cold calling activities as needed.
· Possess knowledge of QuickBooks, CRM systems, and Office 365 tools, including Outlook and Excel.
