Office & Industrial Relocation Business Development Manager

NOTE: This Will Include a Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Business Moving Group, a premier commercial moving company based in the Orange County and Los Angeles area, is on an ambitious path to extend their footprint in the Commercial Moving Office & Industrial (O & I) arena. We are currently on the lookout for a dynamic Business Development Manager/Sales Representative .

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead business development initiatives in the commercial moving sector, focusing on office, industrial relocations, and uncovering all potential business moving opportunities.
• Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, building rapport with key decision makers, and penetrating target market
• Engage with clients through phone, email, Zoom, and at trade events to fully capitalize on potential moving opportunities.
• Conduct on-site visits to potential customers to promote the company's services, leveraging upselling opportunities where possible and clinching deals for moving projects.
• Perform walk-throughs with clients to provide accurate estimates for their commercial moves.
• Execute diligent follow-ups with commercial moving clients to gauge their satisfaction with the move and the overall process, assisting with any issues that may arise post-move.
• Maintain ongoing communication with past customers to explore opportunities for repeat business.

Experience Required:

• Proven track record in developing commercial O & I moving business, with a preference for candidates with experience in the OC & LA Area.
• Exceptional negotiation skills capable of engaging businesses of all sizes.
• Competency in identifying and developing moving business opportunities at all levels.
• Outstanding negotiation and development skills, including the expertise to assess commercial O & I moving needs accurately.
