Precision Reach (PR) is a young, fast growing programmatic and digital media company. Through an exclusive relationship with a best-in-class data partners, Precision Reach brings advertisers programmatic digital advertising access to their target audience. POSITION DESCRIPTION

The candidate will sell digital advertising placements to advertisers. The advertising will reach the advertisers’ customers on computers, phones, and TV screens. Different from many digital advertising opportunities, Precision Reach offers targeting that reaches specific sets to people from a demographically segmented list.

This role will include prospecting new business and servicing existing clients. You will be acquiring a deep understanding of your customer’s goals and objectives. Then, with that understanding and your knowledge of our capabilities, develop and sell advertising packages that help the customer reach their goals.

Working with PR is exciting, fast paced, growing, and rewarding. You will be armed with high performance ad platforms coupled with exclusive data. You will develop great long-term relationships with advertisers and their advertising agency partners, where you are treated as a trusted advisor.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
These duties include, but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Meeting with current or potential advertisers and their advertising agencies to better understand their marketing objectives
  • Prospecting new business
  • Communicating with customers via phone and email
  • Writing proposals that address the advertiser’s needs
  • Attending a trade show
  • Hosting a customer event
  • Responding to customers’ requests for information
  • Sales forecasting and recordkeeping
  • Traveling to customer locations via car or air

 

Your client might be found anywhere in the US. It’s hard to predict how business will be done after the pandemic, but if this was pre-pandemic, you would be planning to travel an average of 20% of your time.

You will receive a combination of running business and strong prospects. You will also be supported by a marketing program that is designed to find new customers.

The compensation includes a base plus commission, with no artificial ceiling.

 

Skills/Professional Experience
These qualifications include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Hunger, drive, and grit to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Must be “self-directed”, willing to take initiative, and report on your progress
  • A minimum of three-years full-time work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Preference for candidates that have experience and a proven track record of success in sales.
