Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of US healthcare, particularly in revenue cycle management (RCM) and clinical processes (medications, orders, labs, etc).
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Agile methodology for project execution.
- Gather requirements from product owners and draft user stories.
- Ensure solutions meet customer's functional and non-functional requirements.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and address outstanding issues.
- Collaborate effectively with customers.
- Adhere to corporate standards and government regulations.
- Support and collaborate with remote team members for team development.
- Continuously enhance personal technical skills.
- Conduct technical educational sessions for the team.
