Responsibilities

Perform Sales,administrative and office support activities. Duties willinclude quoting, follow up, fielding telephonecalls, word processing, and filing. Extensive software skills, Internetresearch abilities and strong communication skills are required. Otheractivities could include:

• Appointment Scheduling
• Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls to customers and potential clients.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
• Insurance Sales
• Update policyholder’s contact information such as phone number and email address
• Print and fax proof of insurance or send proof of insurance to the customer.
• Provide excellent Customer Service to prospective clients and current customers.

Requirements

• Must be dependable and have a track record of providing excellent customer service to clients.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Must be able to work 8 hours a day without being on cell phone, unless for emergencies.
• Must have a dependable vehicle to and from work.
• Must have a clean criminal background/ Background check will be performed.
• Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty license prior to start date.
• Life and Health (must be able to obtain).
