Who We're Looking For:

As Clutch scales, we are seeking a Senior Manager of Brand Marketing to lead strategic efforts in brand development and management, product marketing, and communications, including PR, social media, and other digital media channels. in order to drive awareness and accelerate adoption of the Clutch platform among global business service buyers. This role will have a direct impact on the development and success of our products, brand positioning, and buyer audience growth.

This position will report to our Head of Marketing. In this role, you will lead and execute projects both as an individual and coach within a dynamic, growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market and user research to develop thorough understanding of the B2B service buyer journey to build personas, go-to-market strategy, positioning, and brand communications.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Operations teams when launching new/current product features to increase usage and value of the Clutch platform for buyers, with a goal of driving increased product engagement and repeat user value.
  • Develop and champion brand communications plan to build brand awareness and interest across key stakeholder groups, including business service buyers, employees and job seekers, industry influencers and media.
  • Create PR, social, awards, and community engagement strategy to drive local and national awareness for Clutch brand
  • Execute on strategic planning to increase Clutch's competitive edge in current and new verticals as the top choice for businesses by becoming an expert on how Clutch is positioned and compared to in the market to then implement
  • Evaluate and identify new themes and topics to build Clutch's thought leadership and research strategy to reach business decision makers

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in product and/or brand marketing role in a high-growth organization
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing a team
  • Experience within a marketplace and/or with a two-sided platform product is a plus
  • Strong market research and analytical skills- Google Analytics is a plus
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally across departments
  • Excellent written and verbal skills with ability to communicate large, complex strategic initiatives delivering high-quality digital storytelling, presentations, messaging, content, materials, press releases, etc.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo, Oracle, Eloqua, Customer.io, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Resourceful, independent and passionate thought leader
