Overview

ROLE AT A GLANCE:     The Brand Specialist supports the Global Brand team in bringing strategy and campaigns to life across global markets. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple workstreams at once, and wants deep exposure to how global brand strategy gets built and activated.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT: 

    Support development of brand strategy materials and presentations, ensuring content is clear, on-brand, and ready for regional and cross-functional audiences.    Coordinate global brand forums and planning rhythms, managing agendas, logistics, and follow-through on key actions.    Support campaign development and rollout across regions, helping teams execute consistently and on-strategy.    Track and manage budgets, timelines, inputs, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.    Maintain documentation and toolkits that support consistent brand execution globally.    Use generative AI tools (e.g.,Copilot) to draft content briefs, toolkits, presentation copy, and campaign summaries for team review.    Leverage AI-assisted project management tools to track timelines, flag dependencies, and maintain up-to-date brand documentation and asset libraries.    Flex across Brand pillars as priorities shift.    Additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS: 

Education    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field required.    Equivalent combination of education and relevant hands-on experience will be considered.

Experience    3+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or related roles.    Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Skills/Certifications     Interest in brand strategy and campaign activation with demonstrated curiosity about how brands grow.    Clear written and verbal communication skills.    Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.    Familiarity with generative AI tools for content creation and productivity (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar).    Basic prompt-writing skills to generate on-brand drafts, summaries, and toolkits for team review.
