Joining our Investment Sales Team as a commercial real estate agent will provide you with the experience of working in an energetic, demanding, and collaborative environment, gaining immediate exposure to the various aspects of commercial real estate brokerage. Through our company structure, you will capture and grow market share in clearly defined Brooklyn regions with a focus on a specific asset class. You will work directly alongside our highly successful and tenured transaction professionals and associates.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate, Investment Sales at TerraCRG located in Brooklyn, NY. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to commercial property investment sales, including market analysis, property valuation, client management, and deal negotiation.

  • On-site in the TerraCRG office at 634 Dean Street, Brooklyn, NY
  • You will develop your professional expertise in business development through structured training sessions, real-time on the job training, and industry leader observation.

Qualifications

  • Must secure and maintain a New York State real estate license; Salesperson or Associate Broker (not required for interview process)
  • Must be comfortable with hands-on sales and marketing activities including extensive cold calling
  • Market Analysis, Property Valuation, and Deal Negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of the commercial real estate industry
  • Client Management and Relationship Building
  • Financial Modeling and Analytical Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field
  • Experience in investment sales or commercial real estate industry
  • Must be coachable and receptive to feedback

  • Must have superb organization skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
