Seeking a Community Engineer to support and manage a Telegent-based community platform. This role focuses on ensuring the platform is stable, well-structured, and optimized for strong user engagement.
In this role, you will:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of the Telegent platform, including configuration, optimization, and ongoing support
  • Lead and support Telegent Community migration efforts
  • Build and maintain community structures (forums, knowledge areas, collaboration spaces)
  • Set up roles, permissions, moderation workflows, and content governance
  • Partner with business teams to improve engagement and user experience
  • Support integrations such as SSO, analytics, and external tools
  • Provide Level 2/3 support and resolve platform issues
  • Maintain documentation and coordinate with vendors, security, and infrastructure teams
  • Support testing, UAT, and release activities

  • 3-4 years managing enterprise SaaS platforms
  • Experience with community/engagement platforms, ideally Telegent
  • Understanding of SSO, access control, and integrations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong documentation habits and attention to detail
