Volunteer at Games Week Georgia: Level Up Your Experience, Network, and Skills

If you’re hungry to break into esports, gaming, or the creator economy, this is your backstage pass. Join the volunteer squad for Games Week Georgia, a high-energy, one-week celebration featuring Esports Summit Live, Creator Summit Live, plus two exclusive evening networking events with industry leaders. You’ll be in the rooms where deals are made, content is created, and careers begin.

What you’ll do (examples)
  • Guest experience: welcome attendees, help with registration, check-in, and wayfinding
  • Stage and sessions: support speaker liaisons, manage Q&A mics, seat guests, keep sessions on schedule
  • Creator ops: assist with content zones, creator lounges, meet & greets, and equipment flow
  • Esports ops: help with tournament support, player check-in, and stage runners
  • Expo and partners: support sponsors, hand out swag, and keep activations buzzing
  • Social/media support: gather highlights, clip moments, and guide attendees to can’t-miss content


Time commitment
  • 8 total hours during Games Week Georgia
  • Split into 2 shifts of 4 hours each
  • Bring a cheerful, helpful, and can-do attitude; your energy helps make the magic happen
