Title: Marketing Coordinator/ Event Marketing Coordinator exp with Experiential Marketing

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid Role)

Duration: 6+ months contract with extension

Payrate: $40 to $43/hr. on W2


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of experiential marketing campaigns and live events
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
  • Manage administrative tasks including documentation, meeting notes, budget tracking, PO creation, and invoice processing
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams, vendors, and agencies to ensure smooth event execution


Required Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in experiential marketing, event coordination, or project coordination
  • Hands-on experience supporting live events, activations, or marketing campaigns
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with budget tracking, purchase orders (POs), and invoice management
  • Proficiency with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
