Job description
VIVAA is a growing medical and aesthetics practice. We are looking to add a Patient Care Coordinator (Front Desk Receptionist) to help with our growing volume that will work out of both of our Bellevue and Issaquah locations.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Update and file medical records and insurance reports
- File laboratory orders and results
- Maintain the schedule for all providers in our practice
- Enter data in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) to register the patients and schedule appointments
- Follow up on the referrals and help with prior authorization
- Open and close the office
- Generate revenue and patient reports on a monthly basis
Skills
- Experience as a Medical Receptionist for at least 2 years
- Knowledge of medical office management systems
- Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Social perceptiveness and service-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and patient management software
- Social media knowledge
- Medical billing knowledge
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
