Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Auto Insurance Account Manager to join our team and serve our clients.

As an Account Manager at Western Truck, you will need to demonstrate creativity, independence, and strong organizational skills. You will collaborate with colleagues both in-office and at other locations to provide insurance documentation, address inquiries, and resolve issues. Your role will be crucial in enhancing customer satisfaction and solidifying our reputation in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Issuing certificates of insurance

- Requesting policy changes

- Generating various insurance documents (auto ID cards, filings, etc.)

- Responding promptly to emails and phone calls

- Supporting agents in reviewing coverages and providing quotes for existing accounts

- Following up on documentation from clients and insurance carriers

Candidates must have a strong understanding of commercial auto insurance products.

Proficiency in Applied Epic and Outlook is advantageous.

Fluency in English/Spanish is preferable but not mandatory.

Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, and our office is conveniently located near LAX.

Compensation will be based on qualifications and includes contributions to medical benefits, as well as participation in our profit-sharing plan.
