Role Overview:

This position works in conjunction with the National Business Development and Marketing Team to maintain and continuously improve RTM's marketing program by effectively promoting the firm's brand, culture, and expertise to its target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage in weekly Business Development & Marketing meetings, setting and adhering to team and individual goals.
• Develop a deep understanding of the firm's strengths, capabilities, and personnel to facilitate accurate information gathering for project pursuits.
• Familiarize yourself with the firm's library of marketing resources and effectively guide team members to relevant materials as needed.
• Skillfully proofread and edit marketing materials, ensuring error-free content and translating technical jargon into layman's terms as necessary.
• Prepare proposals and qualification packages in collaboration with project managers and other internal teams for approach, scope, and fees.
• Coordination of marketing collateral and promotional item needs for conferences, seminars, career fairs, and other internal and external company events as they relate to the marketing department.
• Maintain and update the firm's marketing collateral as needed using internal project management programs.
• Assist in maintaining the marketing CRM database including data entry and periodic cleanup.
• Contribute to the development of marketing content and communication needs while upholding the firm's brand standards.
• Conduct market and content research as required.
• Actively engage with other members of the company, continuously striving to improve processes, create efficiencies, and reduce costs.
• Cooperatively take on other duties or responsibilities including acting as a back-up resource for other marketing team members as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate proactive initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Degree or work experience in related field (Business, Marketing, Communications, English, Writing)
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects under tight timelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Familiarity with CRM databases
• Experience or familiarity working within a virtual team

Preferred Skills:

• Team-oriented, professional, self-starter with a positive attitude and multi-tasking capability.
• Experience with Adobe Creative software (InDesign, Illustrator)
• Experience in the AEC industry
• Graphic design experience
• Experience using HubSpot
