1st Shift - Comail Data Processing

Work Now Staffing is looking to hire Comail Data Processors for our client in Romeoville.

Shift: 1st Shift - 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $23.50 - $32.50 per hour

Job Details:

• Responsible for performing daily USPS presort data processing of jobs as outlined by the production schedule
• Works with customer data in preparation of files for production
• Satisfies customer/company requirements with regard to due dates in a fast-paced environment
• Using mailing/presort software to prepare, organize and correct electronic files consisting of mailing data
• Use BCC Presort software including, ACE, NCOA and Merge/Purge as well as BCC PostPresortMail.dat Editor software
• Will be responsible to keep up with daily workflow in coordination with production
• Understanding of the software and general USPS requirements for mail is a must

• Proven problem-solving and organization skills
• 2 – 5 years’ experience in mail presort processing, programming, and mailing data analytics
• Experience with BCC Presort Software (ACE, NCOA and Merge/Perge) as well as BCC Post Presort Mail.dat Editor Software
• Computer literacy on Outlook, Excel, and Word
• MS-DOS and dbase are a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detailed and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
