We are seeking an Estate Planning / Real Estate Paralegal to become part of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents including wills, powers of attorney, deeds, and trusts
- Keep clients up to date regarding completion of work and scheduling
- Meet with clients to review personal information and accuracy of documents
- Record and return documents in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years experience as an estate planning paralegal
- Willingness to communicate with clients
- Friendly
- Self sufficient and organized
- Excellent language and writing skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
