Apartment Leasing Consultant for the Triad Area.

Apartment Leasing Consultant will be expected to perform the responsibilities below:

Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community.
Answering phones, greeting potential clients/residents, and showing available apartment homes.
Fielding general questions regarding rental units and property features.
Ensure the appearance of model apartments & future apartment homes are acceptable for showing.
Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to smile under all circumstances.
Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills.
Mindfulness of "curb-appeal" in the community.
Must be comfortable with a fast-paced atmosphere.
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs & able to navigate Property Management software (Yardi, OneSite, Lead2Lease, BlueMoon, Entrata, etc.)
Must be familiar with Fair Housing guidelines. Unsure of Fair Housing? We offer free Fair Housing training.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma with at least six months of experience in the apartment industry with two years of customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications: College degree.
