We are looking to fill this role with a candidate who is willing to primarily work with children ages 5 and up.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical counseling sessions with children, individuals, or couples
- If interested, conducting neurofeedback sessions on given clients. (We would offer training on the job)
- Perform client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Utilize medical knowledge and treatment of mental health disorders in client interactions
- Collaborate with other therapists in the office to conduct the best treatment plan
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in need
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess mental health conditions
- Administer psychotherapy treatments to help clients manage their symptoms
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information
Requirements:
- Obtained a registration number with the Board of Behavioral Science
- Proficient in clinical counseling techniques and interventions
- Familiarity with medical terminology and mental health diagnoses
- Strong assessment skills to develop effective treatment plans
- Knowledge of crisis intervention strategies and techniques
- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and provide accurate diagnoses
- Proficient in various forms of psychotherapy
