Premier party rental company in the Washington metropolitan area seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Associate interested in joining our team.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Implementing industry-based software to input linen and equipment orders on behalf of clients
• Updating client documents ' proposals, rental contracts, sub-rental contracts, invoices ' and e-mailing the revised information to the appropriate parties
• Invoicing clients and submitting expenses to the accounting department
• Assisting with answering phones

Qualifications are as follows:

• Strong organization and communication/phone skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficient computer skills
• Any catering, rental or event related experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule:

• Monday- Friday
• 8 Hour Shift (Day)

Salary:

• Competitive salary based on experience
• Review in 90 days
• Eligible for yearly bonus up to 10% of salary
