Job Description:

Job Type: Salary

Pay: $40,000 - $45,000.00 annually

Schedule: Day Shift, Monday-Friday

Work Location: Hybrid

Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and engaging Training Specialist to join our rapidly growing organization. A Training Specialist is an experienced leader and educator, that can adapt to change quickly, and develop innovative solutions to challenges. The ideal candidate will have a passion for training and quality, as well as exceptional presentation skills. They will play a vital role in creating and delivering engaging training programs and fostering a culture of positivity and growth. While not training they will provide support to team members as a quality ambassador and collaborate with leadership to identify training needs/opportunities for improvement.

Duties Include:

· Assist leadership in determining training needs.

· Design effective training programs and update as needed.

· Prepare educational material such as Power Point/Slides

· Support and mentor new employees.

· Administrative duties

· Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.

· Monitor employee performance and track progress of learning initiatives.

· Maintain training records.

· Attending client meetings/training as needed.

· In collaboration with management, assists in the quality improvement process.

·Uses resources creatively and adapts to change quickly and professionally.

· Various other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

· Bilingual (English and Spanish) *preferred, but not required

· Proficiency with MS Office/G-Suite

· Able to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Skills that strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders

· Must have excellent organizational skills.

· Excellent time management skills

· Problem solving skills.

· Ability to handle stress and deadlines.

· Highly detail oriented.

· Strong team collaboration and communication skills

· Able to learn complex cross-functional processes.

· Thrives in a fast paced, and dynamic, work environment.

Experience:

· Corporate Training: 2 years (Required)

· Designing Training Programs: 2 years (Preferred)

· Quality Assurance: 2 years (Preferred)
