Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed needs analysis to recommend appropriate life insurance coverage based on clients' individual circumstances.
• Actively promote and sell life insurance policies to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of coverage.
• Address and resolve client concerns or issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Build a relationship with each client. Instead of fitting them into a plan, find a plan that fits them, and continue to assist them along the way.
• Never stop learning. Whether it is training material, updates in the industry, or your continuing education, keep up with the most up-to-date information about Life and Health Insurance.

Some people hear commission-based, get scared and run away. we are looking for people who hear commission-based and get excited. At our agency, we work extremely hard and play even harder. You are paid based on your performance. If you can communicate well with people, become passionate about selling our product, and are coachable... we want YOU! We will train and mold you to the sales machine you need to be to make a minimum of 1.5k per week. Work a little harder and you can make 2, 3, 4, 5k+ a week.

We are the largest supplier of supplemental life and health benefits to unions, credit unions and association members. We will provide the training for you! On average agents are making at least 1,500/weekly.
