We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Associate to drive sales through superior customer engagement and sales execution within an assigned cycle. Reporting to the Sales & Service Team Leader.

Purpose of the Role:

• Delivery of exceptional sales results by maintaining contact with customers

• Understand our customer's needs and provide a high standard of customer support

• Communicate and execute sales strategies aligned to our marketing initiatives

• Maintain current knowledge of new products, competitive products, and other general market information of interest or value to customers.

• Identifying opportunities to grow sales and influence customers

• Achievement of sales targets

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum 1 year in a sales role will be highly regarded

• Outbound selling role

• Have a competitive mindset

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels

• An intermediate level of computer proficiency is desirable

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service

• Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations

• Maintaining personal and productivity goals

• Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs

• Ability to learn and share the expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs

• Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product/trends

• Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment

Qualifications:

• 0-3 year of sales experience

• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience

• Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm from interacting with customers and athletic products

• Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision
