Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Pay Range: $23.08/HR + Commission

Employment Type: Full-Time Employment (36 hours per week) *Increases to 40 hours per week after 3-4 months

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm OR 7am-4pm - YOUR CHOICE!

Office Location: Allen, Texas - OnSite

Major Goals And Responsibilities:

• Call warm to hot leads, establishing strong relationships with appropriate parties

• Identify correct contacts for leads

• Negotiate leases and maximize terms with landlords

• Prepare sales proposals

• Communicate details of negotiated leases with key stakeholders

• Update system with documentation of all communications with each party

Essential Activities:

• Communicate with Landlords: Negotiate leases through inbound and outbound calls, and review voicemails and emails.

• Prepare for Calls: Review and research existing and/or new leases using the Company’s database/software system and other sources.

• Enter Data: Input data into the Company’s database/software system.

• Prepare Sales Proposals: Create presentation packages with accurate information and send them via fax, email, or standard mail.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of sales experience in a commission-based sales environment

• Customer service, call center, and/or experience dealing with the public is helpful

• High School diploma

• Experience in the mortgage, insurance, or real estate industry is especially considered!
