About the role


We are seeking a talented and experienced HubSpot Developer & CRM Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites within the HubSpot platform, with a strong focus on seamless integration into the HubSpot CRM and maximizing lead conversion. Additionally, you will utilize your expertise to manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM system, ensuring its effectiveness in supporting our sales and marketing efforts.

 

The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive skill set that encompasses SEO knowledge, understanding of user journey principles, proficiency in UI/UX design, and experience in database management.


Responsibilities:

 

  • Design, develop, and maintain websites within the HubSpot platform, ensuring high-quality user experiences and optimal performance.
  • Implement and customize HubSpot CRM features and functionality to meet business requirements and improve lead management processes.
  • Integrate websites seamlessly with the HubSpot CRM, maximizing lead capture and conversion opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM system, including data entry, segmentation, and automation workflows.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to optimize website content and improve search engine visibility.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand business goals and develop strategies for improving lead generation and conversion.
  • Analyze user behavior and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for enhancing the user journey and UI/UX design.
  • Develop and implement data management strategies to ensure the accuracy and integrity of CRM data.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HubSpot development, CRM management, SEO, and user experience design.

 

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a HubSpot Developer, with expertise in building and maintaining websites within the HubSpot platform.
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot CRM management, including customization, automation, and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles as it pertains to web design.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of user journey principles and UI/UX design best practices.
  • Experience with database management and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Developer Certification, HubSpot CRM Certification) are a plus.
  • Experience with Growth-Driven Design principles and methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Implement Growth-Driven Design strategies to continuously improve website performance and user experience.
  • Conduct regular website audits and analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and refinement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize website enhancements based on data-driven insights and business goals.
  • Utilize A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to validate design and functionality changes.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in Growth-Driven Design and incorporate them into our website development and optimization processes.
