We're migrating to HubSpot in Q4 and need a HubSpot expert to lead our digital marketing operations from day one. This isn't about learning on the job-we want someone who already knows HubSpot inside and out.

What You'll Own
HubSpot Mastery & Migration
  • Lead our Q4 HubSpot implementation and ongoing optimization
  • Build sophisticated workflows, lead scoring, and automation sequences
  • Design and manage multi-touch digital campaigns across all channels
  • Develop comprehensive reporting dashboards and performance analytics
Lead Generation & Pipeline Development
  • Create and execute targeted digital strategies to identify high-potential prospects
  • Build and optimize landing pages, email sequences, and lead capture systems
  • Research and implement new lead generation tools and channels
  • Develop and maintain a robust, trackable prospect pipeline
Campaign Management & Optimization
  • Design and execute outbound sales campaigns across email, social, and phone
  • Monitor lead engagement metrics and continuously optimize conversion rates
  • Collaborate with marketing team on content optimization for lead capture
  • A/B test everything-campaigns, subject lines, landing pages, you name it
Sales & Marketing Alignment
  • Serve as first point of contact for inbound leads, professionally representing our firm
  • Qualify leads using established criteria and route to appropriate advisor teams
  • Facilitate smooth lead handoffs with full context and background
  • Bridge the gap between marketing efforts and sales results
What We're Looking For
Non-Negotiables
  • 5+ years digital marketing, lead generation, or marketing operations experience
  • Advanced HubSpot expertise-you should know workflows, lead scoring, reporting, and automation like the back of your hand
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding lead generation targets
  • Deep understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, and conversion optimization
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools: email marketing, paid ads, social media, SEO
  • Experience with CRM management and data hygiene best practices
  • Comfortable with marketing analytics and performance reporting
  • Knowledge of lead scoring methodologies and qualification frameworks
Personal Qualities
