Job Description
Description:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and Complete Maintenance Requests
- Coordinate with outside vendors for various facilities related services including, but not limited to:
- Electricity
- Plumbing
- HVAC
- Pest Control
- Cleaning
- Other contractors when needed for special projects
- Management of supply inventory of maintenance closet
- Minor Maintenance such as light bulb replacement, ballast replacement etc.
- Unpacking general building and break room supplies
- Management of inventory of general building and break room supplies
- Work with manager on monthly generator tests
- Complete all training assignments
- Keep all documentation compliant for processes
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
- Cleaning when specific issues arise (eg: overflowing trash, spill in the lunchroom, etc.)
- Managing Pest Control issues of a minor nature (killing bugs if isolated)
Qualifications
- Education – Minimum H.S. Diploma
- Handyman Skills
- Ability to work independently
1-2 years’ experience
