Customer Services Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer calls and emails in a courteous and efficient manner
• Work with President, COO and Plant Manager on customer quotes
• Enter quotes in Job Boss and the client portals as required
• Accurately enter orders in Job Boss
• Coordinate communication between plant floor and customer for order updates
• Respond to client portal requests
• Maintain job files
• Back-up receptionist for main line as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Experience:

• 2+ years customer service

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate degree is a plus, but not required
• Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
• Proficient in data entry and computer skills
• Knowledge of JobBoss a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail

Hours: M-F 8:00am – 4:30pm
