Position Summary
LPG is seeking an experienced Government Contract Capture Manager to identify, pursue, and secure federal, state, local, education, and public-sector contracting opportunities.
The ideal candidate understands government procurement processes and possesses experience navigating solicitations, RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, IDIQs, and cooperative purchasing vehicles.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify government contracting opportunities aligned with LPG capabilities.
  • Monitor procurement portals including SAM.gov, state procurement systems, educational institutions, municipalities, and public agencies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contracting officers, procurement personnel, primes, subcontractors, and teaming partners.
  • Coordinate bid strategies and capture planning activities.
  • Support proposal development, pricing strategy, and submission efforts.
  • Identify subcontracting and teaming opportunities with larger prime contractors.
  • Assist with certifications, registrations, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain visibility into upcoming recompetes and contract renewals.
